We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Exchanges are available under the conditions outlined below.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only in the following cases:

Size Issues: If the size of the product is not perfect.

Damaged Product: If the product you received is damaged.
Important Conditions for Exchanges

The returned product must be in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.

Used items, incorrect items, or items without original tags and labels will not be accepted.

Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or replacement product.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- NO REFUNDS: We do not offer any refunds.
- EXCHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES: A courier charge of ₹100 - ₹150 ( depending on your pincode ) will be applicable to re-ship the exchanged order.
- CREDIT NOTE: If the requested size is unavailable for exchange, we will issue a credit note for the same amount.
Steps to Request an Exchange

Provide your order details and a brief description of the issue.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will place a return order for your parcel. The courier representative will pick up the parcel from your delivery address.
Important Notes

Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

We will inspect the returned item upon receipt. If it fails to meet our conditions, we will not process the exchange.
