1. Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes things change. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we are unable to cancel your order, as it may already be in the fulfillment or shipping process.
To cancel your order within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at support@hypeclothing.co.in. Please provide your order number and any relevant details, and our customer service team will assist you with the cancellation.
2. No Refunds
Please note that Hype Clothing does not offer refunds on purchases. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before confirming your purchase.
3. Exchanges for Size Issues
If you receive an item that does not fit as expected, we offer an exchange for a different size, provided the item is in new, unused condition with tags attached. You must request the exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- NO REFUNDS: We do not offer any refunds.
- EXCHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES: A courier charge of ₹100 - ₹150 ( depending on your pincode ) will be applicable to re-ship the exchanged order.
- CREDIT NOTE: If the requested size is unavailable for exchange, we will issue a credit note for the same amount.
To initiate an exchange for size issues, please contact our customer service team at hypeclothing254@gmail.com with your order details and size preference. We will guide you through the process and confirm the exchange once the returned item is received.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
